Golden Cauliflower Detox Bites

Turmeric and cauliflower are a highly anti-inflammatory and detoxifying duo!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. oil (melted coconut oil, or olive or avocado oil)
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. Herbamare® or sea salt

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 450F.

Combine the spices and salt in a small bowl.

Place cauliflower piece is a bowl. Toss with oil, then slowly add spices, tossing in between additions, until evenly coated.

Bake on a baking sheet for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once halfway through baking to ensure even browning.

Optional: Take this recipe to the next level by tossing roasted cauliflower with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
