The Underlying Causes of Mood and Cognitive Imbalances
Details:  The symptoms of low mood, impaired memory and difficultly concentrating are extremely common and on the rise.  Conventional medical treatment is focused on pharmaceutical interventions including antidepressant and stimulant medications, which can cause significant side effects.  There are underlying causes of these brain imbalances that can be assessed and treated with naturopathic medicine.  These include neurotransmitter imbalances, vitamin B12 and iron deficiency, low thyroid function and adrenal fatigue.  This seminar will review these underlying causes of low mood and impaired congition, how to recognize and test for them and natural ways to restore optimal brain function.
