It happens to so many of us – the new year is begun with good intentions, clear resolutions, a focus on what needs to change in our life to improve the flow of good energy…and then that comfortable groove that was carved out during the last few years catches us again and becomes a rut, or one small set-back on our path to glory derails the whole shebang.
