Drs. Gray and Veeravagu had just begun their preliminary search for an office space to house Sage Clinic when they found the perfect location at 487 Davie Street in the Yaletown district of downtown Vancouver.  The clinic is ideally situated on the second floor of the northeast corner of Davie and Richards across the street from Choices Natural Foods Market and Emery Barnes Park.  The location is at the centre of Yaletown's successful residential development and only minutes away from Vancouver's downtown business district.

Shortly prior to opening, the clinic space was renovated to create a unique natural interior, what the doctors like to refer to as an "urban healing oasis."  Nature's Carpet, low-VOC (volatile organic compound) AFM Safecoat paint and Valspar Enviro+Plus finish were used to ensure a nontoxic and hypoallergenic environment.  Clinic linens are all cleaned at Helping Hand Cleaners using an environmentally friendly wet-cleaning process.  The interior is inspired by the wabi sabi style of Japanese design, where natural tones, beautiful artwork, relaxing world music, soothing aromatherapy and hot Silk Road tea welcome every Sage Clinic patient.
